Since 1955, the Anderson Noon Exchange Club has honored Madison County residents for their contributions to making our community a better place to live. Bill and Ann Hardacre will be the 42nd recipients of the Book of Golden Deeds Award. The Hardacres will be honored for their contributions to the growth, development, and preservation of Anderson, including the beautiful Paramount Theatre. The Book of Golden Deeds is a National Exchange Club program that honors individuals for their outstanding and unselfish contributions to their community, making it a better place to live.
